Family Councils Ontario, in partnership with St. Stephens Community House, presents Working Better Together: Conflict Resolution for Family Councils & Staff in LTC

Family Councils Ontario, in partnership with St. Stephen’s Community House, is hosting a 2-day hands on Conflict Resolution training. Family Council members and LTC home staff are invited to participate and learn about the dynamics of conflict escalation and how to resolve conflict among Council members, and between Councils and home staff. Knowing how to resolve conflict effectively will help improve the effectiveness of your Council, relationships in your home, and resident quality of life.
St. Stephen's Community House, Toronto
Attendees will have the opportunity to learn facilitation skills, diffusion strategies, engage in role play, and understand power-based communication. This training will be an informative education opportunity that will share useful best practices for everyday interactions.
